eCampus: EMBL Heidelberg relies on blended learning

The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg recently received a brand new eCampus. It was designed by the Wunderbyte GmbH team. The new e-learning environment serves as an information center for participants and trainers. Due to the current Corona situation, live trainings and online trainings can now be completed easily, quickly and without barriers.

Our e-learning and developer team created concepts for blended learning scenarios for EMBL in a very short time. In addition to the technical infrastructure, we also provided media-didactic input for the EMBL eCampus. Blended learning combines face-to-face events and online lectures as good as possible. In addition, we supported EMBL in creating a uniform design and content structure for the virtual learning environment.

Additional EMBL online courses, which are designed to be completed without attending a face-to-face class, are already in development.

In times of the pandemic, one thing has become clear: e-learning offers the opportunity for a wide variety of learning formats and it will be nearly impossible to imagine a learning society without e-learning in the future. We habe been dealing with e-learning for over 20 years now, long before the first lockdown. Due to our many years of experience, even in difficult times, we are able to implement optimal learning opportunities for a wide variety of learning scenarios for our customers.

We are looking forward to support you in the conception and creation of a customized learning environment! Don’t hesitate to contact us for a non-binding offer!
